Vehicle Packages Terms & Conditions



We only use films and vinyl from reputable brands such as 3M, Avery, and Arlon. The specific film used for any project will be determined by us as to what we decide as most suitable.

Any old or existing signage that requires removing from the vehicle will be quoted and priced separately and this amount will not go towards the package prices to receive bonuses. For example, if you spent $500 on signage removal and $1200 on your new vehicle signage, you will still fall into package one $500-$1500.

To qualify for the bonus items within the particular package, the total price of signage for one vehicle must fall within the price bracket. Multiple vehicles cannot be added up to receive the higher-priced package bonuses.

Turn around times will be subject to availability and workload. You will be advised of the expected time frame prior to the vehicle being dropped off for installation.

Professional photos taken of vehicle by as at Design & Apply for our marketing purposes, and will be emailed to you for you to use in your own advertising and social media platforms.

Graphic design services include customised design services for your vehicle graphics - this does not include any logo or branding design. The logo files would need to be provided by the customer. Up to a maximum of 3 hours of design work and 3 revisions of vehicle design. After that, design services will be charged at $120+GST per hour.

Uber rides (both Uber X and Uber Black) are limited to a 20km distance (each way) from Design & Apply office in O'Connor WA. Included is one trip to take you back home/work after you have delivered your vehicle, and one trip to pick you up from home/work to return you to Design & Apply to collect your vehicle.

Gift voucher T&C's will be printed on the voucher. Valid for one year from date written on voucher and must be used for Design & Apply services.
